Lincoln 2424-SUH-0003 Description
Made of stainless steel, the Lincoln 2424-SUH-0003 Aperion® electric impinger conveyor oven resists deformation through frequent handling. Its touchscreen controls store 20 recipes to minimize manual adjustment, while a 24-inch by 48-inch conveyor with an end stop reverses to accommodate shifting production lines. A cleaning kit eliminates baked-on residue, and ring mounts enable secure stacking to conserve floor space. Set on 4-inch legs, the 49-inch-long by 39 3⁄4-inch-wide by 19 1⁄10-inch-high structure integrates a solid door that inhibits heat disruption during operation. This vented, rapid-cook oven maintains temperatures from 250 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit across the 24-inch chamber for fast thermal recovery.
