Lincoln 1600-FB2G Description
The Lincoln 1600-FB2G-NG Impinger® conveyor oven features a 40-inch-long baking chamber with a 73-inch-long by 32-inch-wide belt that's reversible and can be paused as needed. For thorough cleaning, the conveyor can be removed through either of the two open sides, and to simplify loading, this unit features a front-facing access door with a glass window and raised handle that prevents operator burns. This durable, 80-inch-long by 60 1⁄2-inch-deep by 63 3⁄8-inch-high oven features a rust-resistant stainless steel front, top, and sides.
Ideal for high-volume pizzerias, the Lincoln 1600-FB2G-NG conveyor pizza oven features FastBake™ technology that expedites product output for quick service. Its digital micro-processing system controls bake time and conveyor belt speed and can be manually adjusted to accommodate different levels of crispiness. This unit can be turned on or off with a simple power switch. Operators can set temperatures between 250- and 600-degrees Fahrenheit and cook times between 1 and 30 minutes. To prevent unintended modifications, these settings can be locked, and because it sports a fluorescent digital display, staff can easily monitor the temperature, thermostat, speed, and diagnostic alerts. Its low-profile, double-deck design enables high-volume cooking with a compressed footprint and can be attached to a mobile stand for transportation. This unit is powered by natural gas.
