Lincoln 1133-000-U Description
To ease operation, the Lincoln 1133-000-U Impinger® II Express conveyor pizza oven features a digital control panel with an on/off switch, microprocessor-controlled conveyor speed, and a fluorescent display that provides readouts of temperature, belt speed, and diagnostic messages. With these controls, operators can set temperature from 250 to 575 degrees Fahrenheit and cook time between 1 and 30 minutes. To prevent inadvertent adjustment during operation, these settings can be locked. Once temperatures and cook time are set, this unit directs high-velocity jets of heated air from above and below the 18-inch-deep conveyor belt, penetrating cold air halos and expediting baking.
The Lincoln 1133-000-U single-deck conveyor oven measures 56 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 42 inches high and features a rugged stainless steel front, top, and sides that resist rusting and corroding throughout use. This front-loading unit's glass access door is built with a cool-to-the-touch handle that lets operators smoothly insert contents midway onto the 56-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep conveyor. To accommodate specific kitchen layouts, this conveyor can be reversed, and it can be paused to allow products longer cook times. The removable front door provides access into the unit for simplified cleaning. To increase production while saving floorspace, this unit can be stacked with two other Impinger II ovens.
