Designed for rust-resistant durability, the Scotsman NS0422AX-1/B530P/KBT27 ice maker and bin combo is constructed of stainless steel, polyethylene, and rotocast plastic. For streamlined use, the ice machine head has indicator lights built in and features a unit-specific QR code that enables user access to owner manuals, troubleshooting guides, and warranty history. Inside, the ice machine head is treated with antimicrobial enhancement to resist the proliferation of bacteria, mold, or mildew during long-term use. Producing nugget ice, this machine satisfies customer needs with its soft, chewable product that suits gas stations, fast food restaurants, and delis.
Because it includes a bin top, the Scotsman NS0422AX-1/B530P/KBT27 ice maker and bin set can be assembled with no gaps between components to release cold air. The bin can hold 536 pounds of ice, enough to meet high demand during lunch and dinner rush periods. For comfortable access, the bin stands on 6-inch legs and has a front-opening, top-hinged door. To maintain internal temperatures and reduce ice melt, the bin features a durable polyethylene liner and polyurethane foam insulation. With a rotocast plastic exterior, the bin resists dents and marks from high-volume use.
