The Scotsman MC0830SAX-32/B842S/KBT29/AP2-P Prodigy ELITE® commercial ice machine and bin’s head can be cleaned with the touch of a button, while WaterSense purge control reduces scale buildup to keep it from undermining performance. It's made of stainless steel for resilience and rust protection. This head produces small cubes, and its air filter is at the front for efficient ventilation.
The Scotsman MC0830SAX-32/B842S/KBT29/AP2-P ice machine’s polyethylene interior limits damage from ice scoop scraping action. Its bin door opens and closes conveniently—one fewer hassle on harrowing shifts. Polyurethane insulation in the bin traps the cold and keeps ice frozen. An ice scoop is provided, as is a built-in scoop holder which keeps scoop handle germs from contaminating the ice batch. The AP2-P water filter is included with this machine.
