For convenience, the head of the Scotsman MC0830MAX-32/B842S/KBT29/AP2-P Prodigy ELITE® commercial ice machine and bin uses its one-touch cleaning functionality to perform cleaning for the user. This head produces medium cubes and uses WaterSense purge control to reduce limescale buildup for enhanced performance. The stainless steel finish increases durability and corrosion resistance, while the front air filter optimizes efficiency.
The Scotsman MC0830MAX-32/B842S/KBT29/AP2-P ice machine’s polyethylene interior protects the bin, minimizing scoop scrapes. This bin has a door that opens and closes promptly so users do not have to ensure full closure during busy hours. Polyurethane insulation in the bin ensures ice stays frozen and is effectively preserved. This ice maker unit includes an ice scoop and a built-in scoop holder that prevents handle germs from contaminating the ice. This machine includes the AP2-P water filter.
