The head of this Scotsman MC0630SWX-32/B530S/AP2-P Prodigy ELITE® commercial ice machine and bin has one-touch cleaning functionality, so users can focus their time and energy elsewhere in the kitchen. A stainless steel finish grants the head resilience and shields it from rust. It uses WaterSense purge control to clear away scale buildup, improving performance. The air filter is at the front for efficiency.
For decreased stress on a busy shift, the Scotsman MC0630SWX-32/B530S/AP2-P ice machine's bin's door can be opened and closed effortlessly. Polyurethane insulation in the bin ensures ice stays cold and does not melt. The maker includes an ice scoop and a built-in scoop holder that shields the ice batch from germ contamination. Polyethylene safeguards the interior and limits the effect of scoop scraping. The AP2-P water filter is included with this unit.
