The Scotsman MC0630MWX-32/B530S/AP2-P Prodigy ELITE® ice maker with bin can produce 603 pounds per day with a water-cooled condenser. Employees can keep up with the unit through the diagnostic module and operating status indicator lights. When issues arise, the operator can scan the QR code for instant connection to service information and warranty history. An antimicrobial agent in the ice machine head slows bacteria growth, while purge control helps eliminate scale.
