The Scotsman MC0330SAX-1/B530S ice machine with bin has foam polyurethane insulation in the bin to prevent ice from melting quickly. This unit is part of the Prodigy ELITE® series. The hidden hinges on the spring-loaded door facilitate opening. A polyethylene bin liner resists scratches and scuffs, and its exterior has a metallic finish. The ice scoop sits in the holder to prevent contamination of ice.
This unit can hold 536 pounds of ice and produces as much as 365 pounds of ice within 24 hours. AutoAlert™ lights inform the operator of issues and the operating status. With this ice machine, operators can use Scotsman’s ICELINQ® mobile app to check the machine dashboard and stay updated on its status. This app also enables users to adjust the settings as needed and walk through a step-by-step guided cleaning process. An individual QR code comes on the unit so the operator can access warranty history and service information. The Scotsman MC0330SAX-1/B530S ice machine with bin has built-in antimicrobial technology to slow bacteria growth.
