Hatco TQ-1800H Description
The Hatco TQ-1800H Toast-Qwik® countertop conveyor toaster is designed with a 3-inch-high opening to accept thick bread products for toasting. It's controlled electronically and can produce 1,800 slices of toasted product per hour. The unit's exterior is made of stainless steel—a durable metal that resists rust and corrosion in high-volume environments. Blending in with any workflow, this toaster can be set to discharge from the front or the back. After toasting, product is kept warm and crisp in the toast storage area.
To prevent the exterior from overheating and causing burns, the Hatco TQ-1800H conveyor toaster has interior insulation and a fan to circulate air. This unit features metal-sheathed heating elements and operates with a horizontal conveyor system that controls product crispness by adjusting the speed. For long-term use, it's built with a permanently lubricated ball bearing motor that resists jamming and burnout.
