Hatco MCG20G Description
The Hatco MCG20G multi contact grill is ideal for cooking sandwiches, fish, and vegetables, as its grooved plates leave grill marks on food and are coated in scratch-resistant enamel. Since the plates are made of cast iron, they are heavy and provide even heat distribution. These plates can be interchanged with separately-sold smooth plates through the Easy Clean System®, and the plates are also dishmachine safe. A drip tray collects liquids and debris during cooking to simplify cleanup, while the Hatco MCG20G panini press can range from 120 to 570 degrees Fahrenheit and evenly distributes heat to ensure products are cooked completely.
