Hatco MCG10S-120-QS Description
The Hatco MCG10S-120-QS multi-contact panini grill is equipped with two smooth plates made of cast iron for long-lasting durability. These plates are enamel coated, and after use, they can be cleaned in a dishmachine. This unit features an Easy Clean System® to further streamline cleaning, as well as a removable drip tray. Overall, it measures 12 7⁄8 inches wide by 15 5⁄16 inches deep by 8 1⁄2 inches high.
To ensure uniform cooking results, the Hatco MCG10S-120-QS panini press features a heating element pack that provides even heat distribution. Using thermostatic controls, operators can adjust the temperature from 120 to 570 degrees Fahrenheit. Ideal for everyday use in high-volume settings, this unit's frame is made of strong, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
