Hatco HWBRT-7QTD Description
The Hatco HWBRT-7QTD heated well is a drop-in, top-mounted unit that can be installed in a countertop cutout between 9 1⁄8 and 9 9⁄16 inches in diameter for seamless presentation on back-of-house steam tables. EZ locking hardware is included to simplify installation, and its control panel is attached to 36-inch-long leads for remote installation. Neither the control box nor the conduit are enclosed, so they can be easily accessed for maintenance. The well's aluminized and stainless steel construction resists corrosion, dents, warps, and bends and can simply be wiped clean.
This Hatco HWBRT-7QTD soup warmer can hold 7 quarts of sauce, broth, or soup at safe serving temperatures for extended periods. Users can preset and adjust temperatures with the thermostatic control as menus change, and to minimize temperature fluctuations, the thermostat monitors actual product temperatures, raising or reducing heat if needed. An on/off rocker switch glows when the unit is in use to notify operators. After wet operation, remaining water can be removed through the 3⁄4-inch drain.
