Hatco HWBRT-7QTD Description
This Hatco HWBRT-7QTD drop-in soup warmer accommodates 7 quarts of soup, stew, broth, or sauce, while its metal-sheathed heating element generates ample warmth to hold contents at safe serving temperatures for hours. Once operators preset temperatures with the thermostatic control, the thermostat manages actual product temperatures, increasing or reducing temperatures in the case of fluctuations. After wet use, water can be drained from this unit to simplify cleaning. So operators know whether the unit is on or off, its control panel includes a power rocker switch that glows when it's in use.
Operators with a specific steam table design can incorporate the Hatco HWBRT-7QTD heated well into their vision. This 10 5⁄16-inch-diameter by 9 3⁄5-inch-high unit is made of sleek, corrosion-resistant stainless and aluminized steel, and it's a top-mount unit that can be dropped into a countertop cutout. It includes EZ locking hardware to expedite setup, while its control panel is attached to leads for remote installation.
