Hatco HWBRT-11QT Description
The Hatco HWBRT-11QT drop-in heated well is suited to specifically designed steam table and buffet line layouts. Its aluminized and stainless steel housing withstands use in high-traffic settings and can simply be wiped clean between uses. This 12 5⁄16-inch-diameter by 9 3⁄5-inch-high unit can be installed into a countertop between 11 1⁄8 and 11 9⁄16 inches in diameter with included EZ locking hardware. For a similarly streamlined look, its control panel can be installed into a 2 1⁄8-inch-wide by 3 3⁄8-inch-high cutout because it's connected to 36-inch leads.
To hold prepared soups and sauces at safe serving temperatures, this Hatco HWBRT-11QT soup warmer includes an adjustable thermostatic control. After temperatures are set, the thermostat monitors actual temperatures and adds or decreases heat as needed to ensure contents are held at intended temperatures. Operators can quickly gauge if the unit is on because the power rocker switch will illuminate when it's in use. Because neither the control box nor the conduit are enclosed, they're simple to access for maintenance.
