Hatco HWBRT-11QT Description
The Hatco HWBRT-11QT drop-in heated well's metal-sheathed heating element warms 11 quarts of soup, stew, sauce, or broth for serving, and as holding requirements evolve, users can set and adjust temperatures with the thermostatic control. The thermostat gauges actual heat and increases or decreases temperatures as necessary. For safety, this control panel includes a power switch that illuminates when the unit is in use.
Compatible with steam tables and buffet lines, this HWBRT-11QT soup warmer's aluminized and stainless steel housing resists corrosion and wear from repeated use. This top-mount, drop-in unit can be installed into a countertop cutout between 111/8 and 119/16 inches in diameter, and included EZ locking hardware expedites in-counter installation. Its 23/4-inch-wide by 4-inch-high control panel can be installed into a remote 21/81/8-inch-wide by 33/8-inch-high cutout because it's attached to 36-inch-long leads.
