To withstand high-volume use, the Hatco HWBRN-11QT soup warmer is made of stainless steel—a sturdy, simple-to-clean metal that is highly rust and corrosion resistant. It features infinite controls for precise temperature adjustment and a pilot light for a clear view of the unit’s power status. This model is ideal for hotel lobbies, buffet-style restaurants, university cafeterias, and medical facilities.
With an 11-quart capacity, the Hatco HWBRN-11QT heated well can be used to warm sauces, stews, and chowders. As a fabricator component, it's designed for drop-in installation in a steam table configuration, and to ease installation, it features EZ locking hardware. This unit can be placed in a non-combustible countertop cutout between 111/8 and 119/16 inches in diameter and measures 125/16 inches in diameter by 959/100 inches high overall.
