The Hatco HWBRN-11QT soup warmer is an uninsulated model designed for installation in a steam table; it requires a non-combustible counter cutout measuring between 11.13 and 11 9⁄16 inches in diameter. To simplify installation, it features EZ locking hardware. Overall, this unit measures 12 5⁄16 inches in diameter by 9 59⁄100 inches high, and it's ideal for university cafeterias, buffet restaurants, and medical facilities.
