The Hatco HWBI-S3M drop-in hot food well is configured for three full-size pans in a slim, lengthwise modular layout designed for buffet lines and steam table service. Its insulated, top-mounted construction helps retain heat within the well while limiting transfer to surrounding surfaces. Convertible wet or dry operation supports a variety of menu items, and manifolded drains simplify water removal. A remote thermostat with separate controls enables precise temperature adjustments, while stainless steel and aluminized construction supports durability.
