Hatco HWBHRT-11QT Description
The Hatco HWBHRT-11QT drop-in heated well is equipped with a thermostatic control that lets operators preset temperatures as holding requirements evolve. This thermostat manages and adjusts heat as needed by increasing or lowering temperatures to ensure foods remain at intended temperatures. This high-wattage unit can keep 11 quarts of soup, sauce, chili, or stew warm for hours, and operators can monitor power status with the separate lighted on/off rocker switch, which illuminates to indicate the unit is in use.
For a streamlined look on steam tables, the Hatco HWBHRT-11QT soup warmer can be installed in a countertop cutout ranging from 11 1⁄8 to 11 9⁄16 inches in diameter. Its controls are attached to 36-inch-long lead cords that enable installation into countertop cutouts. Included EZ locking hardware simplifies and expedites installation. To match other equipment and withstand repeated use, the well's aluminized and stainless steel construction is exceptionally durable, resisting corrosion, dents, and warps.
