Hatco HWBHRT-11QT Description
Because the Hatco HWBHRT-11QT heated well is a drop-in unit, it can be installed in a countertop cutout between 11 1⁄8 and 11 9⁄16 inches in diameter for a seamless, cohesive look with other steam table equipment. This 12 5⁄16-inch-diameter by 9 59⁄100-inch-high unit is made of aluminized and stainless steel—a corrosion-, dent-, and warp-resistant metal that can be wiped clean between uses. As many as 11 quarts of stew, curry, soup, sauce, or chili can be held in this unit until serving time.
To ensure foods remain at safe serving temperatures, operators can preset temperatures with the Hatco HWBHRT-11QT circular soup warmer's thermostatic control, and the thermostat monitors and maintain temperatures by increasing or reducing heat when necessary. The thermostat is separate from the included power switch, which glows when the unit is powered on. Both components are attached to 36-inch-long lead cords that enable remote installation, and for accessibility during maintenance, key components are not enclosed.
