Hatco HWB-FULD Description
The Hatco HWB-FULD drop-in well can hold and warm one full-size food pan. Temperature is adjustable with the remote controller, and to prevent overheating, the elements only turn on when the temperature is too low. Because the unit turns off with a power switch, operators can leave the temperature settings the same for the next use. At the end of each day, the drain enables convenient draining of contents, and the stainless steel interior wipes clean. For first-time setup, EZ-lock hardware speeds up installation. The well drops into a cutout on a noncombustible counter, but with the mounting kit—sold separately—it can also be installed in combustible countertops.
