Hatco HWB-4QTD Description
Ideal for low- and medium-volume holding, the Hatco HWB-4QTD uninsulated drop-in heated well accommodates 4 quarts of precooked sauces, stews, chilis, or soups. Operators can fill the unit with water for wet operation or opt for dry induction heating depending on holding requirements. After temperatures are preset with the control dial, the thermostat monitors actual temperatures and raises or lowers heat to ensure consistency. Because the power switch illuminates when the unit is on, users can quickly gauge if the unit is in use.
For in-counter presentation, the Hatco HWB-4QTD circular heated well can fit a 9 1⁄4-inch-wide by 9 1⁄4-inch-deep cutout or a 7 9⁄16-inch-diameter cutout, and EZ locking hardware is included to quicken setup. This unit's aluminized and stainless steel construction creates a sleek, refined look that suits front- and back-of-house applications. This material resists corrosion and is durable enough to endure daily heating and cooling. To simplify cleaning, it features a large 3⁄4-inch drain.
