Hatco HWB-4QTD Description
To accommodate a wide product range and various holding requirements, the Hatco HWB-4QTD drop-in uninsulated heated well supports dry and wet operation. This 4-quart unit is suitable for holding soup, stew, chili, curry, or sauce at safe temperatures. Operators can preset temperatures on the control dial, and the thermostat will gauge and adjust heat as needed to ensure that temperature remains consistent. For employee safety, its lighted rocker switch glows when the unit is in use.
For sleek front- or back-of-house presentation, this Hatco HWB-4QTD heated well can be installed in a 7 9⁄16-inch-diameter cutout or 9 1⁄4-inch-wide by 9 1⁄4-inch-deep cutout. Included EZ locking hardware can expedite installation, and despite its drop-in configuration, its thermostat and heating elements are easily accessible for maintenance. This stainless and aluminized steel warmer measures 8 17⁄50 inches in diameter by 10 31⁄50 inches high, resists corrosion, and is durable enough to endure repeated temperature changes. To simplify end-of-day cleaning, this unit features a large drain.
