Hatco HWB-4QT Description
For front- and back-of-house applications, this Hatco HWB-4QT drop-in heated well measures 817/50 inches in diameter by 1031/50 inches high and can be installed in a circular or square countertop cutout for a seamless, streamlined look. EZ locking hardware is included to ease setup, and despite its drop-in configuration, the thermostat and heating elements are easily accessible for maintenance. For lasting use in fast-paced settings, its stainless and aluminized steel housing resists corrosion and wear from frequent heating and cooling.
The Hatco HWB-4QT uninsulated heated well accommodates 4 quarts of prepared soup, sauce, stew, and curry and can be used for dry or wet operation. Employees can adjust the temperature dial to preset temperatures as holding requirements change, and the thermostat will maintain these temperatures, adding or reducing heat as needed. For user safety, an on/off rocker switch glows when the unit is in use.
