Hatco HWB-4QT Description
For low-volume holding of sauce, stew, soup, and chili, the Hatco HWB-4QT drop-in uninsulated well has a 4-quart capacity. Users can preset temperatures with the temperature control dial, and the correlating thermostat monitors real-time temperatures, adjusting heat as needed. A power switch will glow when the unit is in use to alert operators. Because this well withstands dry and wet operation, it suits water-based or induction-based heating.
This Hatco HWB-4QT heated well measures 817/50 inches in diameter by 1031/50 inches high and can be installed in a 79/16-inch-diameter circular cutout or a 91/4-inch-wide by 91/4-inch square cutout for a seamless look on front- or back-of-house counters. To expedite setup, it includes EZ locking hardware. Made of aluminized and stainless steel, this warmer withstands repeated temperature changes and resists corrosion to preserve its original look.
