Hatco HWB-11QTD Description
As much as 11 quarts of prepared soups, stews, and chilis can be held in this Hatco HWB-11QTD drop-in heated well. Operators can use its remote thermostat to control its metal-sheathed heating element, and to eliminate constant oversight, this element maintains preset temperatures, adding heat only when necessary. Its rocker switch simplifies powering the unit on and off, and it illuminates when it's in use.
The Hatco HWB-11QTD uninsulated heat well, which measures 125/16 inches wide by 959/100 inches deep, can be installed into a countertop and suits front- or back-of-house applications. To expedite installation and secure the unit in place, EZ locking hardware is included. This circular well's aluminized and stainless steel housing withstands wet and dry operations and resists rust, corrosion, and daily wear. Operators can expel residue via the large, flat-screened drain, which holds pans level.
