Hatco HWB-11QTD Description
After operators preset temperatures on the control dial, the Hatco HWB-11QTD drop-in heated well's thermostat monitors actual temperatures, raising or lowering heat when necessary to ensure safe serving temperatures. This 11-quart unit accommodates stews, curries, soups, and sauces and is compatible with wet or dry operation. A rocker switch illuminates when the unit is on, while the heating elements and thermostat are easily accessible for servicing.
This Hatco HWB-11QTD uninsulated drop-in well measures 12 5⁄16 inches in diameter by 9 59⁄100 inches high and can be situated into a circular or square countertop cutout for cohesive presentation. To expedite installation, this unit includes EZ locking hardware. Its aluminized and stainless steel housing resists corrosion and repeated temperature changes to endure high-volume use, while its large drain and flat screen secure pans in place and simplify cleaning.
