Hatco HWB-11QT Description
With an 11-quart capacity, the Hatco HWB-11QT heated well can hold large volumes of sauce, stew, chili, curry, or soup at appropriate serving temperatures. Users can preset temperatures with the remote temperature control dial, and the thermostat monitors and maintains these temperatures by adding or reducing heat as needed. A separate on/off rocker switch glows when the unit is on to alert operators and reduce injury risk. For versatility, this well is compatible with wet and dry operation.
The Hatco HWB-11QT uninsulated heated well can be installed in a circular or square cutout on combustible or noncombustible countertops for sleek front- or back-of-house presentation. An EZ locking hardware system is included to simplify and expedite installation. This stainless and aluminized steel unit measures 12.31 inches in diameter by 9.59 inches high and resists rust, corrosion, and wear from repeated use to withstand fast-paced kitchens.
