Hatco HWB-11QT Description
For a streamlined look in back-of-house or front-of-house settings, the circular Hatco HWB-11QT drop-in heated well can be installed into a countertop cutout, and EZ locking hardware is included to secure it in place. This 12 5⁄16-inch-diameter by 9 59⁄100-inch-high unit accommodates 11 quarts of soup, stew, or chili, suiting buffets, cafeterias, and restaurants. Its stainless and aluminized steel construction resists rust, corrosion, and wear from daily applications, and it's compatible with dry and wet use.
Operators can adjust the metal-sheathed heating element's temperature using the Hatco HWB-11QT heated well's remote thermostat. By presetting the element's temperatures, users can perform other tasks without modifying and managing the element's temperature frequently. This preset system is self-adjusting, ensuring product remains at programmed temperatures and adding heat only when it's required.
