Hatco GRFHS-22 Description
To ensure fried foods are warm and fresh when served, the Hatco GRFHS-22 Glo-Ray® fry holding station uses ceramic heating elements and a heated base to slow the cooling process without cooking foods further. Its top-mounted ceramic heating elements add warmth while enabling operators to load and retrieve foods from the 6-inch base pan. To accommodate various foods' needs, an infinite control can be used to adjust the heated base and preset it to generate specific temperatures, eliminating the need for consistent monitoring and adjustments.
This stainless steel Hatco GRFHS-22 fries warmer includes a sectional divider that supports multiple foods simultaneously, and its bottom trivet lifts foods to improve airflow and reduce moisture accumulation on the pan's bottom. Incandescent lights built onto the unit's top highlight foods, and their shatterproof design reduces the risk of bulb breakage. Meant for placement near a fryer, this 21 39⁄100-inch-wide by 18.40-inch-deep by 17 7⁄25-inch-high unit can be moved as needed for cleaning and maintenance.
