Victorinox 5.6613.15B Description
For carving poultry and fish, the Victorinox - Swiss Army 5.6613.15B (47517) boning knife's curved blade is flexible and measures 6 inches long. The blade comes to a pointed tip that can puncture cuts of meat; its high-carbon steel construction is harder than stainless steel, easier to resharpen, and retains a sharp edge better than stainless steel utensils. To improve control when slicing soft meats, its nonslip Fibrox® nylon handle provides a secure, comfortable grip.
