Lasts forever. In 27 years, I have owned 2. I lost my first.
As a bartender, this is the only church key I have used in 27 years. I always drop the blades and I use the point for opening boxes, scraping tax stamps off quickly and quietly (Texas thing). Also my coworkers can never figure out how to use it (you use the handle end for bottles.), so it never gets accidentally stolen.
