Delfield EHEI48C Description
Keeping them warm until it’s time to serve, the Delfield EHEI48C hot food table has three wells to hold full-size food pans. The top comes with an 8-inch poly cutting board to offer plenty of space for slicing, assembling, and otherwise preparing food before plating it. For installing a faucet to fill the wells with water, this unit comes with pre-punched holes. To safely empty the wells, each of them has a drain.
The base of the Delfield EHEI48C hot food table is open to provide storage space for needed equipment or dry ingredients. It has a 3-inch riser to contain messes, and for mobility throughout a kitchen or banquet hall, the unit is mounted on casters. Built to withstand years of repeated use, this table is made of stainless steel.
