Delfield 4427NP-6 Description
The Delfield 4427NP-6 salad prep table can hold fresh ingredients before they're assembled into a salad. Six sixth-size food pans are included, as well as one shelf that stores jugs and jars in the refrigerated base section. Users can access this base section with the built-in, full-length handle.
The refrigeration system of the Delfield 4427NP-6 salad prep table is mounted in the rear and breathes from the front. This means it can be located flush against walls or incorporated into an existing workflow. It can be moved around the kitchen on its mounted casters for cleaning and servicing.
