Bunn AXIOM 0/6 Description
To keep up with high-volume periods in a restaurant or coffee shop, the Bunn AXIOM 0/6 decanter coffee maker (38700.0015) uses BrewLOGIC® technology to automatically adjust brew time and keep pot levels high. While the tank holds 200 ounces of water, the double brewers can dispense 15 gallons of coffee per hour. The six warmers are individually controlled and accommodate decanters, which are sold separately. On the front of each section, the pot levels and tank temperature are adjustable with LCD display screens, and coffee extraction is controlled with pre-infusion, pulse brew, and digital temperature precision.
The Bunn AXIOM 0/6 decanter coffee maker (38700.0015) protects employees from burning their hands with a SplashGard®, which funnels hot liquids away. During slow periods, an energy-saving mode reduces the tank's temperature to help users save money, and various water pressures are adjusted automatically as needed. To prevent overheating, the warmers shut off automatically after a period of time if an employee forgets to turn them off. With a stainless steel casing, this coffee maker is durable for repeated use.
