The BUNN HW2 hot water dispenser has a 2-gallon hopper and 4 1⁄5-gallon-per-hour capacity. It operates at 200 degrees Fahrenheit and fits into tight spaces with its 7 1⁄10-inch width. Its drip tray catches spills to ease cleanup, while the stainless steel exterior provides durability. Because it is plumbed into a water line, this dispenser always has readily available water.

If it not hot, please open back of middle panel, adjust knob
Machine works great, i had a problem with it @ first, after I read the instruction, I adjusted knob in the back of middle panel , adjust knob, it works great!
Water only gets warm most of the time
The machine will not keep water very hot... Most of the time, it is only able to maintain warm water. I constantly have to use my secondary hot water dispenser as customers complain about the temperature.
