Blodgett ZEPH-200-E DBL Description

The Blodgett ZEPH-200-E DBL Zephaire convection oven cooks at temperatures between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, which operators can adjust with solid-state infinite controls. It's built with two compartments that each accommodate five 18-inch by 26-inch pans, and because its dual-pane thermal glass doors operate dependently, users can open a set with one hand to load and unload the baking chamber. Overall, this double-deck, bakery-depth unit measures 38 1⁄4 inches wide by 36 7⁄8 inches deep by 70 5⁄8 inches high.

For long-term durability and corrosion resistance, the Blodgett ZEPH-200-E DBL full-size convection oven's sides, front, and top are constructed of stainless steel. Its full angle-iron frame increases strength, while its double-sided porcelainized baking compartment liner streamlines cleaning. For optimal heat retention, this unit is insulated with solid mineral fiber. It's elevated on 6-inch legs and features a removable front control panel.
