Blodgett XR8-G Description
The glass doors on the Blodgett XR8-G gas oven rack and the side-mounted halogen lights provide a bright view of the cabinet so users can monitor food while it cooks without opening a door. It holds eight food pans, which are adjustable on four-inch increments to accommodate myriad food heights. Because the rack rotates, it is simple for operators to grab the food pan they need quickly. The oven is controlled digitally and has six possible preset programs to repeat frequently used recipes.
This Blodgett XR8-G rotating rack oven is mounted on a stainless steel stand that elevates the unit to a comfortable working height. Its stand has pan slides for storing additional food pans, and the slides are adjustable on one-inch increments depending on need. The stainless steel construction of the entire unit can withstand the wear and tear of use, and if users must maneuver it throughout the kitchen, it is mounted on casters.
