Blodgett XR8-G Description
The Blodgett XR8-G rotating rack oven holds eight food pans for cooking and has additional storage below in the included stand. There are four inches of space between the oven pans to accommodate differing food heights, while the sliding racks underneath are adjustable on one-inch increments for various applications. It can bake and steam while separate timers count down to ensure optimal product taste and look. With digital controls, users can program as many as six presets for quick use.
Because the independent doors include tempered glass windows, users can monitor food inside the Blodgett XR8-G gas rack oven as it cooks. It is illuminated by four side-mounted halogen lights to brighten the display. To keep heat from escaping the cabinet, the top, back, sides, and bottom are insulated with mineral fiber to ensure food stays warm without risking temperature decrease. It is made of stainless steel, so it expedites cleaning and is highly durable. Casters provide mobility if the oven must be shifted.
