Blodgett HV-100G Description
The Blodgett HV-100G HydroVection™ convection oven is great for cooking bread, pasta bakes, and other food products in a commercial restaurant kitchen. It can hold five full-size pans in its cooking chamber, which has 10 different rack positions. A four-speed auto-reversing fan circulates hot air around the cavity as food cooks, breaking down cold spots and improving overall cook quality.
Since its exterior is made mostly of stainless steel, the Blodgett HV-100G commercial convection oven is made to be long lasting and offers excellent scratch resistance. The chamber doors have glass panes to show chefs food as it cooks, saving heat that would be lost by opening the doors.
