Solid-state digital controls give users precise control over the Blodgett 1415 single-deck countertop pizza oven, which uses tubular heaters to cook food. Lined with aluminized steel, the interior baking compartment distributes heat evenly to ensure uniform crust crispness. In the front, a drop-down door enables access to the baking compartment and can be operated with one hand.
The Blodgett 1415 countertop pizza oven can heat and cook foods at temperatures ranging from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, so operators can achieve a variety of warming, baking, and toasting effects. Its front, sides, top, and back are made of stainless steel, enhancing the unit's resistance to dents and scratches. Inside, the oven's cavity measures 20 inches in diameter by 9 inches high.
