Blodgett 1060 Description
The Blodgett 1060SINGLE LP deck oven's two free-floating, duplex-type burners are powered by LP gas to circulate heat uniformly throughout the cooking chamber. Operators can ignite, clean, and adjust the burners through the burner door, while temperature can be adjusted from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit with its snap-throttle thermostat. Vitreous fiber insulation built into the top, bottom, sides, and door helps prevent unexpected temperatures changes when its door is opened for loading and retrieval. Mounted on an angle iron frame, the Quick Heat Technology (QHT) Rokite stone deck absorbs moisture while transferring heat evenly to produce crispy pizza crusts. Overall, this unit's cooking compartment measures 60 inches wide by 36 inches deep by 10 inches high to accommodate multiple pizzas at a time.
