Doyon JA8XG Description
The Doyon JA8XG commercial convection oven has programmable controls that are operated via a touchscreen. It can reach 500 degrees Fahrenheit at maximum, meaning chefs can cook a wide array of products at temperatures below that level. To add cooking operation customization options, the oven has a reversing fan system with two speeds.
This Doyon JA8XG Jet-Air convection oven can hold eight full-size sheet pans so chefs can cook many batches of product at a time. Lighting inside the cabinet brightens food as it cooks, so it all can be seen through the glass windows in the oven doors. The unit is made of stainless steel inside and out, offering optimal scratch and corrosion resistance.
