Doyon JA8XG Description
The Doyon JA8XG commercial convection oven has a reversing fan system with two speeds in order to accommodate different food types. Its temperature limit is 500 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling chefs to customize the oven to cook according to the needs of the product. This oven's programmable controls are operable with a touchscreen.
This Doyon JA8XG Jet-Air convection oven is built of stainless steel, a durable metal that resists dings, scrapes, and rust. To enhance oven visibility while food is being cooked, the cabinet has lighting and glass windows in its doors. The oven has a capacity for eight sheet pans, so it can cook lots of product at one time.
