APW Wyott TM-90DS Description
The APW TM-90DS hot food well can be top mounted to food displays. Because of its EZ lock style on all four sides, installation is quick and simply. The well’s 12-inch by 20-inch size can accommodate standard food pans, and it’s versatile because it allows hot or dry operation. Its one-piece top flange is made of heavy-gauge stainless steel, as is the housing. The construction slows corrosion and enhances structural integrity. With its integrated drain, this well is simple to clean.
This APW TM-90DS drop-in hot food well is operated with a thermostatic control system. Once the temperature is set, heat is supplied through a serpentine-shaped tubular heating element. The heating element is located underneath the well and protected with an aluminized deflector shield. The large indicating pilot light communicates to operators that the unit is performing as expected.
