APW Wyott M-95-2 Description
Toasting as many as 865 bun halves hourly, the APW M-95-2 bun grill toaster is ideal for bakeries, restaurants, and cafes that specialize in toasted products. Temperatures for the nickel-coated steel griddle plate can be set between 200 and 500 degrees with the thermostatic control system. To keep pace with high-volume use, this unit heats up quickly.
With its self-leveling conveyor mechanism, the APW M-95-2 bun grill toaster accommodates thick buns, bagels, and Texas toast, diversifying the types of breads that can be toasted. For high-volume surges, an extended super-feed system enables operators to load large quantities of product at once. A butter roller and pan also are built into the unit, coating the buns with equal portions of butter and reducing the operator's workload. Designed to be installed on a countertop, it measures 21 5⁄8 inches wide by 16 5⁄16 inches deep by 28 8⁄25 inches high, and it's fitted on adjustable, 4-inch legs. It's made of long-lasting, corrosion-resistant stainless steel to support heavy use.
