APW Wyott HFW-5S Description
Enabling tailored modifications, the APW Wyott HFW-5S 208 HFW drop-in hot food well features infinite controls for each of its five 12-inch by 20-inch wells. Its stainless steel build installs quickly with an EZ lock system and includes internal insulation that lasts through extended sessions. Designed for wet or dry applications, it measures 71 1⁄2 inches wide by 23 5⁄8 inches deep by 9 3⁄4 inches high to fit full-size pans.
