APW Wyott GGT-48S Description
For countertop use, the APW GGT-48S gas griddle measures 48 inches wide by 28 1⁄2 inches deep by 15 1⁄2 inches high. It utilizes 80,000 BTUs and operates using natural gas. With four individually controlled cooking zones, multiple foods can be cooked at a time to speed up operation in the kitchen. Its U-shaped burners are positioned underneath a smooth steel plate that's 3⁄4 inches thick to heat foods uniformly. This unit is made of a combination of stainless steel and aluminized steel to provide durability and corrosion resistance.
The APW GGT-48S countertop griddle sits on 4-inch adjustable legs that enable cleaning underneath and repositioning so it doesn't wobble on uneven surfaces. With thermostatic controls, the unit's temperature can be adjusted from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. To keep the countertop clean, the griddle includes a grease collection drawer and trough that capture crumbs.
