Advance Tabco MG-245 Description
Stability is enhanced on the Advance Tabco MG-245 work table through TIG-welded galvanized legs braced by a rear tubular cross rail. These 1 5⁄8-inch diameter legs are supported by gussets welded beneath the table top and capped with 1-inch adjustable plastic bullet feet to accommodate irregular floor surfaces. For extra utility, the unit includes a height-adjustable undershelf made of 18-gauge galvanized steel, secured in place using aluminum die-cast clamps that eliminate the need for visible bolts or fasteners.
The Advance Tabco MG-245 features a flat 60-inch by 24-inch surface made of 16-gauge 304 series stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance and long-term durability. Its sound-deadening layer minimizes ambient noise, while a mechanically applied satin finish helps maintain a professional appearance and ease of cleaning. Two roll-formed galvanized hat channels are attached to the underside using structural adhesive and weld studs to ensure the surface remains level under weight. Front and rear sanitary rolled rims measure 1 5⁄8 inches and contain spills and crumbs, and square sides enable flush installation alongside other units.
